5. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of our freshly baked products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following cases:

  • The item was incorrect or missing.

  • The item arrived spoiled or severely damaged.

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 1 hour of receiving the product.

  • Send your request to info@flaky-eg.com with order details and photos if applicable.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund claims after investigation.
